๐ฅ The organizer of the 31st International Cartoon Exhibition ZAGREB 2026 is Croatian Cartoonist Association.
๐ The exhibition is open to all authors over the age of 18, regardless of nationality, gender or profession.

ฒ ENTRIES
๐ Conditions of entry:
1️⃣ ๐ป Only digital artworks will be accepted: A4 size, 300 dpi, jpeg.
2️⃣ ⚫⚪๐จ Entries can be either black and white or coloured.
3️⃣ ๐ The works should be named as follows: name.surname.country.number (in case of more than one work).
4️⃣ ❌ The cartoons must not have been previously awarded on festivals.
5️⃣ ๐ข Maximum 3 entries may be submitted.

๐ Every author whose work is included in the exhibition will receive a catalogue.
๐ข The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent to the Zagreb 2026 festival as the advertising material without being obliged to pay a fee to an author whose work may be used.
